Qigong/Chi Kung: “The Art of Effortless Power”

Literally meaning “The Development of Life Energy” QiGong is an ancient practice developed to help cultivate longevity and ease of life. There are many forms of QiGong. Sometimes closely associated with Tai-Chi, QiGong has standing and ground forms, can be used as exercise or meditation, and, like Yoga, can be used to awaken the spirit and calm the mind.
