Architects and Economists Dream of World of Peace and Prosperity

The Zietgiest Movement, the activist arm of the Venus Project; self inspired to take on the responsibility of bringing Jacque Fresco’s designs and dreams to life, is a gathering of minds focused on their greatest common denominator; their lives, and the world around them.

If combined with the tenets of Permaculture, and Permanomics, these high-tech cities and systems can provide modern luxuries to the rural Permaculture farming communities in exchange for healthy food. A solid non-fiat currency backed by gold or silver (or whatever) would be paramount to creating the relationships necessary to support such a frame work.

The Zeitgeist Movement and The Venus Project give us an understanding of where technology fits into our natural state on the planet, and where the current economic and political systems prevent us from reaching that natural state. It is only logical that, in order to achieve this state of being on the planet, we must have a healthy relationship with the economic and political systems that will allow us to achieve this dream. As well, we must provide our own food, this will allow us to become free from the economic and political system gradually, as we involve ourselves consciously with these systems to prevent them from denying Liberty and Freedom to the People.
