Baber for Governor: West Virginia October 4th Special Election

On October 4th West Virginia will hold a special election for GovernorOn September 7th a 3-Way Debate was held between candidates Earl Ray Tomblin (Democrat), Bill Maloney (Republican) and Bob Henry Baber (Green-Mountain).

I support the elimination of the food tax. I am opposed to new taxes on the middle class and small businesses and favor tax relief.

Baber is running on a platform of Fiscal Responsibility, Proper Environmental Regulation, Affordable Health-Care, and Job Creation. His full platform is available on his website: baber4governor.com. The Green-Mountain Party strongly opposes mountain-top removal, seeing West Virginia’s mountain ranges as a state treasure and natural tourist attraction, along with acknowledging the negative impact said coal extraction techniques have on the surrounding environment.
